There will be a planning board meeting with public hearings on May 1, 2025 at 7pm at the Cairo-Durham Elementary School in the small cafeteria/multi-purpose room.

Public Hearing – May 5, 2025 at 7pm

The Town of Cairo will conduct a Public Hearing on May 5, 2025 at 7:00 pm at Town of Cairo Town Hall Meeting Room, 512 Main Street, Cairo, New York, on a proposed local law to amend the Subdivision Law to establish lot line adjustment procedures. A copy of the proposed changes is on file in the Town Clerk’s office, Cairo Town Hall, 512 Main Street, Cairo, New York where it may be inspected during regular Town Hall business hours.

Request for Proposal – Replace Office Door Locks in the Cairo Town Hall

The Town of Cairo is looking for proposals/quotes to replace up to 14 door locks within the Cairo Town Hall with electronic or key pad locks with one master key or override code for all the doors. Please contact the Cairo Bookkeeper at 518-622-3120 ext 115 for any questions.

Quotes are due to the Town Clerks or Supervisor Clerks office by 3pm on May 19, 2025.
