Town Hall Office and the Cairo Public Library Closed on November 4, 2025

The Town Hall and Public Library will be CLOSED due  to Election Polls taking place in those buildings.

Normal operating hours will resume on Wednesday, November 5, 2025

Annual Election Day Spaghetti Dinner

The Cairo Hose Ladies Auxiliary is sponsoring an Election Day Spaghetti Dinner on November 4, 2025 from 4pm – 7pm at the Cairo Firehouse.

Bid Request for Sidewalk/Curb Replacement/Repairs

The Town of Cairo is now accepting bids for approximately 200 feet of sidewalk and curbs to be fixed/repaired at the intersection of Main Street and Bross Street in Cairo.

Bidders must submit sealed bids to the Town Clerks Office in the Cairo Town Hall at 512 Main Street, Cairo, New York by 3pm on Tuesday, November 18, 2025. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 7pm during the Town Board meeting on Wednesday, November 19, 2025.

All bids must include prevailing wage information and a non-collusion affidavit.
